All policies are stated when booking an appointment & subject to change without notice.

Deposits & Card on File

When booking any service with me, new clients will require a debit or credit card on file to reserve your appointment. The card on file will only be charged for:

  • Appointments that require a deposit

  • Failing to show to their appointment

  • Canceling outsides of the 48 hour grace period

All initial appointments will require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and transferable to one rescheduled appointment. Clients must reschedule within 24 hours, otherwise the client forfeits their deposit.

  • Initial powder ombre deposit: $100

  • Initial Brazilian wax deposit: $30

Payments

  • Accepting cash & cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, etc.)

  • Card transactions will include a 4.712% tax upon payment

  • Not accepting any form of payment via Venmo, Cashapp, Pay Pal, etc.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals/No Show

  • Charge fee: 50% of service fee

Clients have up to 48 hours before their appointment to cancel and/or reschedule without a charge fee. Should a client cancel outside of the 48 hour window (including same day cancellations), a charge fee will be charged to the card on file. Rescheduling appointments will based on the artist’s availability based off the booking site.

If clients are running late, please notify your artist ASAP. There is a 5 minute grace period. If a client surpasses that grace period, a fee will be charged to the card on file. Clients will be asked to reschedule their appointment based on the artist’s availability based off the booking site.

If there is a failure to show up to an appointment, without any notification to your artist, there will be a fee charged to the card on file. If the card on file decline, there will be an invoice sent. Should the invoice not be paid by the end of the business day, the client will be banned from booking with me.
